I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was lively with plenty of stores and restaurants, but it could get noisy at times. The service was good, although there were some communication issues. The dining options were decent, and the facilities were adequate for my stay.

Despite the hotel's great location close to many interesting places in Medellin, the rooms were very small, and it was unsettling to find personal items moved around during cleaning. The lack of air conditioning during the day was also a drawback, and the dining options were not very diverse. However, the proximity to the metro station and restaurants was a plus.
